What do the cabins and lake house include?Our cabins and lake house include all bedding, toiletries, towels, paper towels, bowls, plates, utensils, coffee, fridge, microwave, cable TV, air conditioning and scenic views. The lake house has Wi-Fi and we are working on adding it to the cabins as well. If you have a large group, bringing disposable plates and utensils may be easiest.

How many people do the cabins sleep?Cabins 1, 2, 3 and 6 sleep four adults in a queen bed and pull out bed, and also have a loft for kids with two twin mattresses. The loft has a ladder up to it so may not be suitable for little kids. Cabins 4 and 5 sleep four adults in two bedrooms with queen beds.

Are pets allowed at the RV sites?Yes, we are pet-friendly. Pets must be kept on a leash, waste cleaned up, and be respectful around other campers.

Are golf carts and side by sides allowed?Golf carts and side by sides are permitted as long as they adhere to park speed limits, respect other campers, and avoid the residential neighborhood behind the restaurant.

When are the pool and splash pad open, what does it cost and who can come?The pool and splash are open seasonally from March to about September, when it starts cooling off. It is open to both guests and the public. Admission is free to park guests. All day passes for the public are $12 for adults, 13 and older, $10 for kids 4-12 and 3 and under are free. Passes for seniors 60+, first responders, veterans and active service and law enforcement are $8.

Do you allow tent camping?Unfortunately we are not equipped for tent camping and do not permit it.

What is included in your rates?Amenities include full hookup, 30/50 amp service, all utilities, pull through (most sites), wristbands to pool, beach and splash pad (open seasonally), $5 admission to live concerts at the Pavilion (normally $15, check Events page for dates), picnic tables throughout the park, and amazing views.

What is the refund/cancellation policy?Reservations canceled more than 14 days in advance of arrival will incur a $30 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled 14 days or less in advance will face a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation total. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival are nonrefundable.

Are camp fires allowed?Small camp fires are allowed as long as we are not under a burn ban and guests clean up after themselves.

How do I make a reservation and how much are your rates?We would love to have you. We have 51 full hookup RV sites, 6 fully furnished cabins and a five bed/bath lakehouse with a private backyard. You can check availability, pricing and book online at https://www.campspot.com/book/lostfrontierrvpark or call our office between the hours of 9am to 4:30pm CST at 409-404-9972. I have a big group, can you accommodate that? Do you cater?Yes! We frequently host reunions, large family gatherings, fishing tournaments and the likes. We can offer the outdoor Pavilion, catering and a private room at the restaurant if you need. We can handle groups of 15 to 200. Please call or email us to discuss a package price.

When are check in and check out times?Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am. If you need an early check in or late check out, please give us a call or email at least 24 hours ahead.

Is there fishing and activities if we don't have a boat?There is a fishing pier, beach area, and fishing off the bank in the back of the cove. Additionally, there are pontoon rentals at Living the Dream, Toledo Bend Kayak Rentals, and fishing guides in the area.

Any other local attractions in the area?There are boutiques, wineries, and more to explore in the local area!

Are there discounts for veterans, handicapped, or senior citizens?Yes! We offer a 5% discount for veterans, handicapped individuals, and senior citizens. Please let the office know when you check in and they are happy to apply it.

How much are your monthly rates?Monthly rates are all inclusive of utilities and start at $600 for off lake spots and go up to $1,100 for our premium lake front spots.
